Exponentially Small Separatrix Splittings in Hamiltonian Systems with Three or More Degrees of Freedom

Abstract: In this talk I will describe recent results on this problem obtained in collaboration with Michael Rudnev. I will describe our approach to the problem, as well as the relation of our techniques and results with those of other groups (e.g., Delshams, Gelfreich, Jorba, Seara, Gallavotti, Gentile, Mastropietro).
