The PHESAT95 campaign of observations of phenomena of the Saturnian satellites Arlot(1), Thuillot(1), Colas(1), Descamps(1), Berthier(1), Morando(1), Veiga(1,4), Vu(1), Lecacheux(2), Laques(3) addresses: (1) Bureau des longitudes - URA 707 du CNRS (2) Observatoire de Meudon - DESPA (3) Observatoire Midi Pyrenees - Observatoire du Pic du Midi - Station de Planetologie des Pyrenees (4) Observatorio Nacional, Rio de Janeiro, Brazi Every fiveteen years, the Earth and the Sun cross the equatorial plane of Saturn. As the main satellites have orbital plan very close to the equatorial plane of Saturn, phenomena of the Saturnian satellites are then observable. Eclipses by Saturn and mutual eclipses and occultations occur. The observations of these events may lead to a better knowledge of some physical parameters of the surfaces, of the atmosphere of Saturn or Titan. They will give very accurate astrometric measurements and will give us the ability to improve the dynamical model of this system of satellites some years before the space mission CASSINI. Bureau des longitudes has organized an international campaign to observe these phenomena and this paper will give the description of this campaign and the preliminary results.
