DETERMINATION OF THE PRECESSIONAL PARAMETERS USING THREE

      ABSOLUTE CATALOGUES OF STAR POSITIONS.

      A new method is developed for determination of the
precessional constants. The Euler's angles of rotation of
the star coordinate system can be determined for every 3
stars common for 3 absolute catalogues of star positions.
Proper motions of stars do not affect the results in the
first approximation. The method was tested on the base of
the 5 Pulkovo absolute catalogues 1845.0-1930.0.
