Firstly it contained about 40 thousands observations of the Sun and seven big planets from Mercury to Neptune that were observed with meridian instruments, astrographs and astrolabes from 1960 to 1985. Now this database was updated and supplemented by new observations received after 1985 and published to 1995. All this data were used for estimation of the accuracy of different series observations above mentioned objects. An dispersion statistic method was implemented to analyse accidental and systematic errors of these disc-object observations.
